Cellar Reserve

2006 Tempranillo – A classic Spanish variety, savoury notes, hints of raspberry, dark red cherry, a light bodied red.

2006 Max Shiraz – Dark red plum, spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, mild white pepper, lovely acid/fruit balance.

2004 Max Shiraz – Mid weighted, aged in a mixture of new and old French & American oak, berries spice and pepper.

2006 Elliot Merlot – Quality fruit, black cherry, raspberry, fruitcake aromas, hints of violets.

2005 Elliot Merlot – Classic merlot characters, rich red plum flavours & soft tannins, hints of oak & smooth mouth feel.

2006 Luella Plum Cabernet – Rich delicious black berry, boysenberry fruit, subtle mocha, soft acid, firm tannins.

2007 Charlotte Rosé – Intense floral nose, rose petals & raspberry. Confectionary & berry flavours, lovely soft acid finish.

2006 Isabella Semillon – Intense lime & guava flavours & aromas, steely, flinty finish. Can be cellared for 10 plus years.

2007 Isabella Semillon – floral aromas, Granny Smith Apples, Honeysuckle, zippy citrus, stone fruit crisp acid finish.

2007 Lily Chardonnay – Lovely tropical fruit aromas, fig & rockmelon. Grapefruit & peach flavours, zippy citrus twist.

Vineyard Selection

2003 Tobin Shiraz – Medium bodied, soft drinking Shiraz aged for 12 months in 2 year old oak.

2007 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc – Passionfruit & lemon zest aromas. Mouth-filling tropical fruit, crisp acid finish.

2006 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc – Classic white blend, with hints of citrus and a crisp lingering finish.

2006 Chardonnay – Fruity, fresh, easy drinking wine with strong varietal characters and a soft finish.

2003 Tobin Sweet White – Moderately sweet lemon, lime, citrus flavours and a crisp acid finish.

Fortifieds

Tobin Liqueur Muscat NV – intense orange peel, raisins, strawberry, dried fig and a hint of caramel.
